Aztecas 6-4 win over Hurricanes. Take 40+ Fall Division Championship
The Aztecas were the newcomers to the 40+ Division this fall. Having only one loss due to forfeit, they finished the season with an almost perfect record overall 13-1-1. They were undefeated in the Fall Double elimination tournament only to face last season's champions, Houston Hurricanes. They went on to edged the Hurricanes by the score of 6-4 in a hard fought battle to the end. Congratulations to the Aztecas, they are the 2023 Fall Season 40+ Division Champions!
Texas Thunder's late surge edges the Diablos
Congratulations to the Texas Thunder for winning their 7th title. A late surge put them past the Diablos in walk-off fashion with a 4-3 victory in the last inning. Texas Thunder are the Fall 2021 30+ Division Champions!
Hurricanes defeat Panthers to win 40+ Division Spring Championship
Houston Hurricanes win Back-to-Back-to-Back Championships to 3-peat in the 40+ Division. They defeated the underdog Panthers who scrapped together a strong playoff run only to fall short in the Championship by a final score of 12-1. Congratulations to the Houston Hurricanes. They are the Spring 2022 40+ Division Champions!

Stars posted a 5-3 score win over the Buffs in the Fall 2023 Championship at Morton Ranch HS today. Congratulations to the Stars, they are the Fall 2023 55+ Champions!
Hurricanes suffer first loss of the season to the A's in Championship
Fall 2022 Open Division season came to an end as the Athletics once again defended their title from the previous season. The Hurricanes, a veteran team, were the new comers to the Open Division this fall having won three strait 35+ Division Championships. The game was played tight by both teams with a score of 3-3 going into the top of the 9th inning when Ryan Steel belted a 2-run HR to Right Center putting the A's on top. Hurricanes could not answer back and would go three up three down in the bottom half losing only their first game of the entire season. The Athletics' Larry Drake pitched 6 innings giving up 3 runs while Tyler Boss closed the game up for the last 3. Congratulations to the Athletics, they are the Fall 2022 Open Division Defending Champions!
Desperados Back to Back Champions!
After winning the Spring 2023 Season, Desperados win Back-to-Back Championships in the Open Division taking the Fall Season as well. In order to do this, the Desperados took the hard route having to come from behind to win including a go ahead grand slam by Championship MVP- Daniel Sobarzo. In order to seal the deal, Sobarzo also pitched the last three innings in relief and closed the game out.
Congratulations to the Desperados, they are the Fall 2023 Open Division Champions!
Athletics Over the Bears 8-3 for Open Division Championship
The Open Division hosts some of the the most competitive teams in the league. The Athletics who have always been strong, faced off against the Bears for the Spring 2022 Open Division Championship game on a hot Sunday afternoon at Northland Christian. Coming into the Championship game, the Athletics only had two losses the entire season, both handed to them from the Bears. Despite being the #2 seed, the Bears seemed to be the favorites as the Athletics had not had an answer to defeat the Bears all season.
The Athletics game plan was evident. Come out aggressive and don't ever let up. The Athletics would jump on the Bears early and never look back. The final score was 8-3 over the Bears to defend their Fall Division Title and win back to back Open Division Championships. Congratulations to the Athletics. They are the Spring 2022 Open Division Champions!
New Champions Crowned!
After beating JS Texas the night before and amped up ready to play, the Texas Thunder came out swinging taking an early lead in the 30+ Division Championship Game. Defense held the score steady as the Panthers were playing from behind the entire game. Trailing 7-3 in the bottom of the 9th, the Panthers scored 5 runs to take the win in true champion fashion. Final score : 8-7 Panthers win. Congratulations to the Panthers. They are the Spring 2022 30+ Division Champions!
Stars defeat Tigers to Remain Defending Champions...
Fall 2022 55+ A Division Championship saw a rematch from the same teams from the Spring season. Score was different but the results were the same... Stars were able to prevail again by beating the Tigers by the final score of 10-5. Congratulations to the Stars, they are the Fall 2022 55+ A Division Champions!
